S2 WEEK 3

Project Status: 
This week we met with Hayden's friend Lucas, who is a mechanical engineer with lots of experience in Solidworks. We brainstormed some ideas with him as for the different parts of the device. We talked about different barb designs that we want to test, and the exact dimensions. He is planning to help create some CAD designs, and in the meantime we are figuring out where to 3D print. We also worked on our verification and validation report. 
Next Steps:
This week we were not able to meet with Dr. Felder due to a family emergency, so we will need to update him on our new barb designs at our next meeting. We also need to ask him if we can share an image of the design with Keith without violating the NDA so we can get feedback from the laser printing company. We will be in contact with Lucas and once we get the designs solidified we can start printing.
